Terms

The terms that apply to this website. The terms of an actual installation are in the written proposal you sign, which takes precedence.

This website

The information here is general. Smart home work depends on the specific wiring, doors, network and products in your home, so nothing on this site is a commitment about what is possible in yours. What is possible in yours is what the survey finds and what the written proposal says.

Quotations and proposals

Any figures, scopes or device counts shown on this site — including anything the scope estimator produces — are illustrative. They are there to help you sanity-check a quote, not to be one. A quotation is only a quotation when it is in writing and signed by us.

The scope estimator

It applies simple rules to the size and ambition you select. It has not seen your home. Treat its output as a starting point for a conversation.

Products and warranties

Devices carry their manufacturer warranty, and we pass that paperwork to you. Our own responsibility covers the design and installation work, on the terms set out in the proposal.

Your installation

The agreement for work in your home is the written proposal and anything attached to it. If it conflicts with this page, the proposal wins.

Links out

Where we link to a manufacturer or another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Changes

We update these pages as the business changes. The version on the site is the current one.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what is annoying you about the house as it is. That is usually a better starting point than a product list, and it costs nothing to ask.
